Otherwise the following applies:

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your drinks to request a return 👌

To be eligible for a return, your drinks must be in the same condition that you received them (unopened and unused) and in their original packaging with the same quantity of drinks originally ordered included.

Just let us know via emailing drinks@hitsdifferent.com.au and send your unopened drinks back to:

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

We will gladly swap any drinks you return and charge the same shipping fee you paid prior to send new drinks back out to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of arrival) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any issues. If approved, we will organise a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
