Up to 10 days after your drinks have been delivered, if you are unsatisfied with your drinks for any reason, you will be able to request a:
FREE SHIPPING RETURN AND CASH REFUND OF ANY UNOPENED DRINKS
That's right. All you need to do is email drinks@hitsdifferent.com.au with the following information
1. Full Name
2. Order Number
3. Qty of each beverage being returned
We'll respond within 48 business hours with your return shipping label and you're good to go! Simply return to a post office or nominated drop off address.
We highly recommend returning unopened beverages in the original packaging your order arrived in. This will minimise the chance of cans being damaged on return transit that will be excluded from refund.

Terms and Conditons
Drinks that arrive damaged from return transit will be ineligible for refund. We highly recommend sending drinks back in the same packaging they arrived.
Refunds are applied through Shopify and refund payment timing is dictated by payment processor. Refunds will not be made in any other way. Once your drinks are received and refund is approved, refund will be processed within 72 business hours.
Drinks marked on clearance will be ineligible for return.
Any shipping cost paid on your original order will be excluded from refund.
