How Does BeyondWater Work?
BeyondWater identifies communities and villages in need of clean water via two ways:
1. Through the partners and people working within the organisation who actively seek out communities in need or
2. via the communities themselves reaching out and making contact with BeyondWater
They then provide funds, labour and expertise to help construct water tanks, wells, latrines, roof guttering. During the construction phase, Beyond Water try to hire and engage as much of the local community as possible to create a sense of ownership and pride in the completed project. This ensure ongoing and sustainable use of the water infrastructure to provide the community many benefits for years to come. Amazing, hey! Our Target
Our target is to combine $1 from every Hits Different order to reach $2,000.
This will fund a water tank for a primary school in rural eastern Kenya! We'll keep you posted on the progress.
